First Moments Photography is a custom portrait studio, specialising in maternity, newborn, baby, child and family portraiture. This studio is located just minutes from Parramatta, and is at a central location for all the surrounding suburbs. As a mother of two, i know too well how fleeting a baby's first year is.

I created First Moments Photography with the goal of providing new mums and dads with timeless photos of the most precious times in their life: pregnancy, new life and the months and years following that new life. Your child is the most precious gift you will ever receive. Those months they are in your belly and the few short days after they arrive are so fleeting.
Milestone sessions are a great way to capture the new little person in your life as they grow throughout their first year of life. It is wonderful at the end of it all, to be able to see their growth and progress from smiles, sitting up by-themselves, and standing. We hold milestone sessions for ages between 6months to 1 year.
Your little baby is no longer a newborn! Turning ONE or TWO is a huge milestone and before you know it they will be walking and talking. For first or second birthdays we have a photo shoot called a CAKE SMASH SESSION, and this is perfect if you are looking for a great, fun and memorable way to capture your childs birthday.

Our newborn photos turned out incredible! Lefki was so patient with our 2 week old baby and was incredibly professional, sweet and gentle with Bub from start to finish. She went the extra mile to set up gorgeous props so we had plenty of options on the day. Very very happy with the end result, will definitely do all of my children’s photos through First Moments.

Elle was so easy to work with made us feel very comfortabe and happy to personalise everything. Our baby was not the perfect baby on the day but she managed to get amazing photos and he looked like he was having a great time in them.
She didnt stop till she got photos she knew we would love.

The experience was great as elle was very patient, and lovely decor. However the cake that was used during the photoshoot was not soft icing. The icing and cake was still hard. We took home the cake and the icing was still hard...that alone was disappointing. The photos were not desirable because it defeated the cake smash idea.

Elle, She is the beautiful person with good heart, she has wonderfully taken all the awesome shots of our first baby with us which we can’t even explain in simple words, every single one is amazed to see her shots, I don’t know if she knows any magic but i just can say fantastic work!!! She is humble, responsive, such a talented photographer among all! Very friendly with kids and kids are really comfortable with her as she is a mother so she purely treats every child with love and kindness, she has given ample time and was very patient and active throughout the session, she gave us flexibility

A year ago Elle took beautiful photos of our 5 week old baby. She took her time to get good photos and made sure baby was confortable while dressing baby up. She was gentle and caring, making sure baby was warm enough with heater close by as it was winter. Photos turned out fantastic. Would definitely recommend her service.
