This visa allows skilled workers, who are nominated by their employer, to live and work in Australia permanently. Temporary Skill Shortage Visa (Subclass 482) or TSS Visa is a work visa which allows Australian employers to hire and sponsor a foreign national from overseas to work in their business in Australia. This is a temporary visa which allows international students to live, study and work in Australia after completion of their two years Australian study. Be less than 45 years of age at the time of visa application unless you are an exempt person such as an academic, medical practitioner, scientist, researcher or you hold Special visa category subclass 444 or New Zealand Citizen Family Relationship Visa subclass 461. Be nominated by an employer whose business is lawfully operating in Australia and located in a designated regional area of Australia.
