Blue Wren Therapy
We all experience challenging times in our lives when we feel overwhelmed with feelings of inadequacy, grief, fear, stress, anger and sadness. These feelings are often triggered by a loss or change in our lives or a sign that change is needed. The wren is said to arrive in your life to guide you through dark times.

Wrens assist in helping you to accept and adapt to change and seek out greater experience and meaning in your life and relationships. Blue Wren Therapy endeavours to be the wren who supports, inspires and motivates you to work through these difficult times. I am a registered counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association and hold a Bachelor and Diploma of Counselling and a Graduate Diploma in Grief and Loss Counselling.
