All properties and all individual financial circumstances are different. There are a vast array of lenders. Because we specialise in mortgages and only mortgages, we will find the right mortgage with the right lender for your chosen property. Commercial Finance is complex and complicated. Picket Fence Finance specialise in providing solutions to commercial financial problems that the major lenders have not or cannot solve.
We are accredited by and work closely with more than 20 major mortgage lenders, as you see from the list below. All of these highly respected companies offer many and varied mortgage products, all tailored to particular uses, borrower profiles, financial circumstances and property types. Navigating the mortgage maze is a daunting, time-consuming and confusing process, even for the most experienced of borrowers.
We live, work and play - and have written the great majority of our mortgages - in Melbourne's Bayside and south-eastern neighbourhoods. We know and work closely with real estate agents, solicitors, accountants and financial planners predominantly in those areas. These connections provide access to valuable knowledge and advice to help with all aspects of finding and financing your new home or investment property.

Picket Fence Finance were an absolute pleasure to deal with, from start to finish. They assisted my partner and I with loan options, competitive interest rates and easy communication with the lending bank. To top it all off, their customer service during the whole process (which took many months!) was exceptional- not to mention a cute little thank you gift I received after settlement. I could not recommend the team, particularly David and Nicki, more highly.
