I just wanted to say Craig and his team are very professional from the start to the fining of a job.We completed a full renovation with local trades to repair our house after we had a plumbing pipe burst in the ceiling while we were away working .Very fair pricing and on time, highly recommend CRM Electrical.

Made appointment waited weeks for it . Service Guy never showed up . Rang office to find out why they didn't show up . Told they came on a different day . They forgot or had their wires crossed that they changed appointment days. The office girl then said that the technician rang my mobile while at front door but no call log provided and no missed or received call was registered for that day or any other day . I do however have call log from when office called to reschedule the call out. The family was home on both days so if they knocked the door would have been opened.

Very poor organization skills, i understand call out's happen but not even a phone call so i had to organize another company, booked for Wednesday recieved call Friday not good enough as a business i expected better than that, don't recommend using this company again. It's unfortunate that this has happened but when you need something done on the time that you booked it in because you have a young family that requires aircon on the hot day's. Thanks but no thanks will not use you again nor will i recommend you. Cheers.

A huge shout out to Craig, David, Richard and Cody for a fantastic job. Highly recommend CRM electrical for all your electrical needs. Had a job booked for replacement of ceiling fans and additional power points put in, this job quickly turned around with the property needing a full re-wire as my house was extremely unsafe and at risk of electrical… fire. The job was quoted on the spot and work started straight away. The boys worked extremely hard with limited access to some roof space. Friendly, reliable and courteous team. Job well done. Thank you.
