Carl and Edward have provided the most fantastic service over an almost three year period.
Having contacted them initially to source a birthstone for our second child, they have been integral in helping us to crystallise the ideas around a wonderful ring that incorporates stones for all three children.
They have been easily available, even throughout the pandemic, and went above and beyond to help us get this done on time for an important milestone.

During the Pandemic and not being able to meet in person the team was fantastic in communicating to me and assisting in selecting the best diamond with the specifications given and the design and final product exceeded all of my expectations.

Carl took the time to patiently explain to me the properties of specific gems which enabled me to make an informed decision about what stones to select for a "daily wear" ring.
After my selection Carl went about utilising his entrenched network of suppliers to source the highest quality stones in the precise size, shape and colour for the intended design.

Wow what an easy, no hassle experience. I don't know where to begin - Referred to Certified Diamond Network (CDN) by a friend who spoke highly of them. I never once had to look anywhere else as the moment I spoke with Carl on the phone everything started to fall into place.
After working with Carl to pick an absolute gem of a gemstone, things just got better from there.
