Services
The Envar Group comprises three independent enterprises - Envar Engineers and Contractors, Envar Service and Airparts Fabrication - that cover the spectrum of the HVAC industry. These companies can operate independently of each other or in unison to provide our clients with a harmonious suite of services for any HVAC solution.
Finding economic and efficient solutions to tough design problems is a challenge the Envar design team consistently rises to. We use some of the most sophisticated computer-based design tools available such as 3D modelling and Building Information Modelling (BIM), but fundamental engineering principles and simple logic are never overlooked.
Chilled water system complete with four (4) off air cooled nominal 840kW Trane R134A chillers delivering 7°C chilled water, four (4) off pumps located in the CEP. Water reticulated by a combination of steel and copper pipework including strainers, expansion, valves etc. Heating water system complete with two (2) off Bosch 480 kW dual fuel (LPG & Diesel) boilers delivering 80°C heating water and two (2) off pumps located in the CEP.
Chilled water Air Handling Units (AHU's) provide preconditioned air to fan coil units that serve the building's office space. Ventilation systems including toilet exhausts, fume cupboards, store exhausts and tea prep exhaust. Dedicated AHU's to QC2/QC3 laboratories inclusive of HEPA filtration exhaust systems, including exhaust heat recovery systems.
Air Handling Units (AHU's) serve variable air volume systems to the common areas and gaming floors. Ventilation systems including toilet exhausts, transformer room exhaust and car park exhaust. Air Handling Units (AHU's) serve guest floor lobby areas, corporate lounge and meeting area floors. Chilled and heating water fan coil units serve the 240 guest rooms, gymnasium, 2 x restaurants, main entrance lobby area and office/admin floor.

If i can rate non star i would. Start from work delayed, lack of work planning, structural design for kitchen canopy had not been costed in the quote. Duct work design was absolutely wrong position and blocked air chanel more than 70%. so my restaurant has air conditioning whis is does not help I have to turn it on everyday just to pay for power bill but restaurant never be cool.
