Staff were absolutely confused about which site we were supposed to be on. Bafflingly poor communication. All the grass on the powered site was dead with lots of prickles. While there was a water tap onsite, there was no drainage. Even worse, the taps were right above the TV antenna box.
While the female amenities block was being cleaned, they wouldn't let anyone in. We were not told that the other amenities block used a completely different set of codes (or given those codes). So you'd have to go to the office and find that out yourself.
While we enjoyed being in Port Victoria and the beach

We were staying in the middle of winter but we had a great site with uninterrupted views over the jetty, beach and playground. The sunset over the water was magnificent! The reception and office was a bit disorganised and we ran out of hot water in the amenities one day, but this was fixed as soon as possible and overall we had a great experience - in fact we stayed an extra day!

Great location, not far from maitland, handy little general store for food or fishing gear,.. that also does hot foods for that quick take away meal nearby, or the pub 2 mins up the road, the accommodation was great for 2 adults, functional kitchen with working appliances and A/C- heater, bathroom had a spa and shower,.. also had a bunk with 2 single matresses (we didnt use)
Small Tv in the bedroom and dining area, small little cabin but conventional,.. and a stunning view,.. 5/5 highly recommend would stay here again,. Off peak paid $160 a night,.. would check site or call for prices,.. great

We have been coming to Pt Victoria caravan park over the last ten years and sad to see in the state it has become. Top section is so dusty with no lawn or ground cover areas and tall weeds. As we left it was raining and it became messy tacky quagmire. Amenities whilst basic are in need of a lot of tlc. Some one needs to scrub the mould off the shower tile grout. Fix the lighting above the sinks and the soap holder leaks. Two of the toilets seats where broken. It also lacked a sanitary disposal bin in the ladies. The park does have a great view looking towards the sea but turning back to the park

This was a Quick night away, just because ...
Check in was easy, room was very clean, view was beautiful!
We stayed in cabin no.6. This one doesn't have a balcony but has an outdoor table in front of the cabin so we really didnt feel like we were missing out.
These cabins have a large sea facing window, we opened the curtains (and a wine), sat on the couch, relaxed and enjoyed the view.
This park is right on the seafront and the 'Walk the Yorke' trail goes right past. We went for an easy 45min walk and enjoyed the amazing coastline.
