Sue and David tell their story about what they went through after losing their home to the Bunyip fires, these people are incredible. Smart Homes wins the episode of Australia's best house 2021, Tommy display 300m2 Weatherboard Ranch style home. This is one of Micks First Designs at Smart Homes, The Owners did a tremendous job working with Mick, its a full custom design.

I would like to acknowledge and say thank you to Travis, Craig and Chris for their support over the last year to build my home.
The quality of the home is the best that many people have seen in the local area (including the Property Agents, Bank Valuers and Friends).
There are always ups and down during construction, but Smart Homes was able to push through and get things done without jeopardising quality.
Overall, I am highly satisfied with the workmanship and the Construction team and would highly recommend Smart Homes to anyone. I would also not hesitate to utilise them again in the future

We have just received our finished home built by Smart Homes and we couldn’t be happier with not only our new home but our overall experience with them as a team. We had our house custom built by SmartHomes. As we made our own design practically, the company was refreshingly accomodating to our needs and choices. It is a pleasure to walk thru out front door and enjoy this amazing family home. We have had many friends favourably comment and with interest for their next build to be done by Travis and SmartHomes.
