Where do I start? Roller door fitted poorly so it got stuck and rolled out the back- lucky i was there the first time to catch it. Supposedly fixed it but when it caught a second time the door hit my wifes car now we are $750 out of pocket for insurance excess plus have a scratched (new?) roller door. Gary says would pay excess but for 2 months now has not returned any calls and workers at the store say he has not been there for weeks. Unfortunately I recommended them to my neighbor when it was first fitted and they had issues with sticking door as well. Dodgy as they come- would give zero stars

They arrived as arranged and installed as requested and were pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately it was all downhill from there as 3 weeks later the door would not come down. We rang and left messages over a period of 4 days but no one ever got back to us. We had to pay another company to come and fix the problem. On the good side the motor was a Merlin and they were very helpful. Had the motor been the problem they would have fixed it under warranty. Unfortunately the problem was not the motor but Merlin put us onto a reputable company who fixed the problem.
