Very rude and unhelpful service - I called Totally Ortho Marrickville and was told that they could not help me unless i had a referral from the orthodontist who did my braces (which was 15 years ago). When i asked if it was possible to just have a consultation, the staff member on the phone said it wouldn't be possible for over a month. I then called a competitor who were incredibly understanding of my situation and booked me a consultation straight away.

My son was referred to this clinic to see one of the orthodontists. We went for the first two appointments to find out what she thought was the best approach but she was uncommunicative at both visits. When we went back with x-rays and I asked about the course of treatment she only answered "mum's anxious". She wouldn't say if she thought extraction was required or not.
The orthodontist wouldn't talk about the work she planned to do, just the cost. She was indifferent and offhand, then she sent me to the receptionist to make further appointments as if she assumed we'd do what she told us to. She
