Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
Three years and still waiting for my roof to be repaired correctly. Numerous emails and calls to fix bubbling paint and poorly painted tiles. You will get a promise from the owner but that will never happen. Quick to take your money but not very quick to fix their mistakes. Now I find out the company has gone into liquidation!!!

I got several quotes to restore my roof, Mastercraft's quote wasn't the cheapest nor was it the dearest, but because of Bretts expert salesmanship and professionalism I felt comfortable to go with them, and I am so happy I did. The contractors who did the job were great, they actually left my house (gutters and under the eaves) cleaner than they were before they started, and the job they did on the roof was immaculate. It's been 6 months since my roof has been done and I still admire it every time I pull into the driveway. I would definitely recommend them.

Many years ago when I was looking at having our roof restored I went with a chap that was doing roof restorations at the time. As he had a bit of age on him now, I asked him who I should go with to get my roof redone, he recommended MasterCraft. I always remembered that and your company was the only one I contacted.
For over 30 years I have been associated with the building industry and workman/contractors that have been with building companies for many years, Di and I were completely happy with Corie, he is a tradesman that takes pride in his work and is a great ambassador

Our roof is 37 years old and badly needed some repairs etc to restore it. From the first telephone contact with Mastercraft followed by a home visit by Mark to assess whether it could be restored to the final result, we are extremely pleased with the result.

Mastercraft recently completed a roof restoration for our home and the work performed by Michael was excellent. He went to considerable care and cut no corners in delivering both excellent service and a fabulous result. Excellent service from Wendy, who was very helpful, friendly and efficient. Our roof restoration was done by Cory, who was a really hard worker, even in the sweltering heat, and kept us informed along the way. He was also spot on with his colour suggestion, which we love. Overall we are very happy with the service and our roof is now safe and looks great.
