My wife damaged her necklace whilst at work. I walked in at The French Door, Indooroopilly and was met by a staff member who was very helpful. She repaired the necklace in under two minutes and to my surprise did not charge me.

I have been to quite a few manufacturing jewellers over the years but now that I have found the French Door I would never go anywhere else. Manuel just seems to understand what you want in design etc
And Lourdes is just so obliging and friendly. The bonus is they are very fairly priced too.

Amy, at the French Door did an amazing job of remodelling and redesigning my sapphire ring. The end result is absolutely beautiful and I cold not be happier. I began about a year ago to take some items of family jewellery to The French Door for minor adjustments/repairs. From the displays of beautiful jewellery I thought that they would probably not be interested in minor bits and pieces of work, but I was welcomed warmly and attentively, provided with expert advice and very pleasantly surprised at the cost. I embarked on the engagement ring process with no clue, and a friend recommended French Door. Manny and Lourdes made the entire process comfortable with a gentle, no pressure approach. Manny has +30 years experience so knew exactly what I was chasing. Lourdes is always warm and welcoming. We continue to visit for any of our jewelry needs (wedding, eternity, anniversary. repairs, clean). Also great value and quick turnaround. We wouldn't go anywhere else :)

I can not speak highly enough of the service provided by Manuel and Lourdes at The French Door when designing and purchasing an Engagement ring for my partner. They provided a service like no other from start to finish, where they were very informative, extremely genuine and worked around me at every opportunity. I picked the ring up last Friday, proposed on the Saturday and dropped back in on the Sunday where they resized the ring for us within 50 minutes on minimal notice. The process of getting our wedding rings made by French Door was so easy and fun. We came to the team with a photo of a ring I liked online and they were able to create matching rings in the exact same style for us. We thought it would be extra special to have matching wedding bands - Manuel suggested making one thicker and more masculine and one more delicate and feminine.
