Thorough investigation of the entire property - access permitting - includes roof space, roof exterior and subfloor. We've been doing building and pest inspections for 10 years now and Jason has seen it all. It's super easy to arrange an inspection - just call 0424 741 616. We coordinate both the building and pest inspectors and get access to the property through the real estate agent (or owner if private sale).

We have used Dwell Building Services twice in the last 8 years. Great service and incredible knowledge of the local building area (Burleigh/Robina/Reedy Creek).
Dwell's building report was much more in-depth than the one supplied by the real estate, and helped us decide on purchasing the home.
