I locked my keys in my car before an important event in Brisbane and Chase came out as fast as he could to help me. Other companies had literally hung up on me or told me to smash the windscreen but Chase was so friendly and quick. CG Locks went out of their way on the settlement day of our property purchase, settlement was delayed and saw Chase and his team out at the property rekeying all the locks after 5pm on a Friday afternoon. We found them to be professional, friendly and honest and we will be using them again in the near future. Thanks again Chase!

GREAT customer service. Fantastic experience. Chase was responsive, prompt and efficient sorted the key and lock fix with efficiently with brilliant workmanship. Worked out issues smoothly Fixed them well great quality ! didn’t charge a fortune. He had a amazing friendly attitude. Kept me up to date on job. Would 100% refer CG and Chase.
