Very happy with their service. I was initially quoted a much higher price by B&D's local representative in Blaxland, who followed up with a hand-written quote giving no detail at all. My experience with Sydney Garage Doors was very good at all stages. Edi, the sales person, spent 45 minutes with me explaining all the options, and Scott did a great job installing the door. Would highly recommend.

Both John and Mal were great and easy to work with. John came over the same day that I called to enquire for a quote and gave me some great recommendations/advice. The door was ordered in and came in the exact timeframe that I was advised. Mal did a great job installing and he was super fast and friendly. Not a single hiccup and we got everything we asked for. No stuffing around with these lads!

Where do I start? John is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. I bought a house just over a year ago off a builder who used Sydney garage doors. The moment I moved into the house I noticed that the garage door is very loud and bangs a lot, this wakes up the family every time is opens or closes. I asked John to come out and fix the garage door, John was very rude and unhelpful from the moment he picked up the phone. When I asked for a time and date he said weekdays during work hours when there would be no one home, he did not want to come out so he started ignoring my calls and texts, eventually
