I have never experienced a professional service that basically doesn't want more businesses? I have tried multiple times to reach out to them so they can handle my tax accounting with poor to zero response from them. Fair enough I will go somewhere else that treats people better. Glad I didn't end up here anyway. I suggest you go somewhere else
