Auto Repair and Towing Service Mackay(ARTS Mackay) commenced operation in 1968 in Shakespeare Street in behind the BP Shakespeare Service Station. It quickly established itself as a reliable and professional business for all vehicle towing, maintenance and mechanical repair needs.
It continued here untill 1991 when ARTS Mackay relocated to a larger workshop on Evans Avenue in North Mackay where it conveniently serviced the needs of Mackay and the region.Dennis (father) has been working in the truck and transport industry for over 44 years and was keen to pass on his skills and experience to the next generation.

I was helped out when I had broken down near Mackay and the gentleman who towed me out was so helpful and went out of his way to make sure I saw someone who would help me get my car fixed. I would have been stranded without his help. Would highly recommend these guys, thank you so much.
