I rang late on Saturday and Vivian stayed back to take my order and check with couriers that the delivery could be made on the Monday...(I'm in Brisbane and I really needed something special....) Vivian was such a sweetie and so helpful.. On Monday, It was so lovely to receive a photo of the bouquet Vivian had made up for me.. - it was perfect..The icing on the cake was my friend ringing me, in tears over the stunning bouquet - it made her day.... Thank you Vivian and Rebecca - fantastic service and stunning floral work..I couldn't be happier xx

I have ordered flowers online several times from Bella Rose Florist in Huonville and both experiences have been fantastic. I receive a text message letting me know the flowers are ready and when they will be delivered plus a photo of the flowers. Excellent communication, friendly service and the flowers are always wonderful. I will absolutely purchase flowers from Bella Rose again...

I could not recommend this florist more highly. Their customer service is excellent and their bouqets are absolutely beautiful. I have used them on a number of different occasions and always found them to be incredibly sensitive to the situation.
