We enjoyed and are still enjoying working with Paul and his team on my house and build package here in Darwin - Muirhead. My house build loan package is formally approved, the land settled, and house construction has commenced. It was exciting to see construction commencing yesterday. Our (husband and wife) financial situation was a bit complex as we own a house in Adelaide for which Paul found a better deal/interest rates too. With an existing mortgage in place, we could not have got another mortgage approved at our own. Paul's knowledge and genuine interest in finding the best outcome for us

I had a complex loan request and Paul and his team were able to seek the provider that would offer me what I needed and at an excellent rate - and got the loan approved. Paul's level of professionalism was exceptional and exceeded my expectations by far in succeeding to obtain a 2nd home loan from a reputable lender. I highly recommend Paul Jones at Raise Finance as he performed a miracle for me. Due to my age my bank flatly refused me on my loan application for a house, leaving me looking for alternative means of finance. That’s when I contacted Paul for help. He took the time to listen to my story and very quickly laid out my options in particular with my age being over 60. I left his office in under an hour feeling on top of the world with exactly the type of loan I needed at a very competitive rate.
