I paid Monier $10,000 to have my roof fixed about a year ago. They subcontracted Matt Garrard whose employees did spend about a day stomping around the roof. But since then it hasn’t really rained up until now——when it is leaking from exactly the same place. I was forewarned by a drip in ceiling during the rain last week, and since then I have been telephoning Monier, who say they will contact Matt Garrard, and Matt Garrard, who is curiously unavailable, and the landline seems to be cut off.
