Great service (the main guy who appears to run/own the place is one of the friendliest service providers I have regularly interacted with). It is at the upper end of pricey but worth it

Food was good and service was excellent and friendly. Worth a look if you're down the strand.

Lovely staff, delicious quality coffees, perfect for a hot day in Townsville.

Ordered a Vegetarian quiche but was given a regular one. Not real nice when I got to work and bit into ham. Manger was super friendly and apologetic, was offered a new feed and drink next day. Nitro coffee was great.

Good spot to start the day. Nice coffee, smooth flavour, hot temp and the giant mugs are great. Staff are friendly and efficient so the service is fast. Recommend 👍

Ordered FOUR big breakfasts for 4 adults on the weekend of Saturday 20/11/2021 my order was not taken properly I only received 2 BIG Breakfasts, well how. The… owner of the establishment rushed into telling me this and gave myself and another one of my guests two free breakfasts however he made it impossible to speak and even ask or question why or how this could have happened. A lady by the name of “Emma” who had supposed to taken my order had repeated the order back to me correctly however my order did not arrive. I am very disappointed

If you want quick breaky that tastes good, Tide is the place! Just back from the strand, it’s a great morning stop with plenty of variety.

Had brekkie with a group here this morning. Staff were very accommodating and friendly despite being busy. Food and coffee were excellent. Would definitely be going back if it wasn’t our last few hours in town. 5⭐️

Had breakfast at Tide this morning and it was fantastic. The staff was professional and very efficient. The coffee and smashed Avocado was outstanding….Thank you🙏

I’ve driven past Tide on many occasion noting how busy it was.
Our friends had mentioned what a great place it was for food and atmosphere and, more importantly, it was dog friendly.
Today we sampled the breakfast menu. I can honestly say it’s the best breakfast in Townsville!
We can’t wait to visit again with Claude, our standard poodle. I think he will approve!

The food looks so delicious. My only gripe is the free water wasn't that cold but hey.... It's free right

My family visited this cafe for breakfast because of the good reviews however, we were extremely disappointed with the service and food. The woman at the front of house and making coffees was rude and unfriendly to my elderly father when he was ordering and when she brought out the wrong coffee for him, was rude to him again and blamed him for ordering wrong (when in fact he hadn’t). I’ve never experienced such rude staff. Then when the potato rosti came out, it was soggy and burnt - see photos. It was oily and unpleasant. We will definitely not be returning due to the horrible service we received

Amazing food, quick service, friendly and helpful staff.
Had lunch during school holidays at midday.
We had a regular eggs benedict with bacon; a gluten free eggs benedict with bacon; tidal wave; croissant; and a ham, cheese & tomato sandwich. For drinks we had three appropriate sized kids milkshakes and complimentary water (self serve).
Venue has alfresco and indoor (airconditioning) available. Amenities also available at the rear of the Cafe.
Would recommend for all family sizes.
