Everything was perfect! Nicholas was informative & welcoming! Instantly knew I'd found the right hotel for a clean, safe and comfortable stay. I will stay here again if in Elko. Other team mentions,,, Thank you Kayla for the help! Also thanks to Isabel in the coffee shop. A free full service kitchen breakfast is included with the stay. Very good breakfast. Isabel is a great server! Isabel was attentive and made sure I had everything I needed The food was delicious! Ramada in Elko has exceptional employees, service, and hospitality. Breakfast is complimentary with the stay.

The casino has a very strong cigarette smell.
The rooms are clean, prepared and have the basics needed, including a microwave, small fridge and coffee maker. Free fast internet and movie channels are also included.

NO Star. The hotel was so bad that it should not be operating. We were given a room where the air conditioner did not work. They changed the room and in that room too the air conditioner did not work. In the following morning, the breakfast was supposed to start at 6 am. One of the staff (Nicholas at the front desk) came and put a note at the restaurant area entrance that breakfast would be half an hour to an hour late. When we expressed that it would cause us a lot of inconveniences and asked for the reason for the delay he was very combative and rude. He said, "you can leave." Asking us, the

Went there on a Wednesday, Thursday. It is a very old Hotel and Casino, so you should be prepared for older style rooms. My girlfriend was getting cold but they couldn't get any heat in the rooms because they had not turn the water from cold to hot for the winter. The restaurant was shut down for the whole time that we were there. Probably because of covid, no workers, Etc, which is going on as I write this. Small casino but it was fun. Within walking distance of two excellent restaurants, The Star hotel which is a Basque Restaurant specializing in the lamb dishes and Luciano's, which was an excellent

Ramada hotel - Elko Nevada. I was grateful to arrive at the Ramada. My husband and I stayed here a few years ago and since then I feel like they must have painted the walls and done a little upkeep to the rooms. The price is very reasonable and pet friendly. It was a great deal for the price. The beds were really comfortable and it was extremely clean and affordable. The shower was nice and clean too.

Staying at the Ramada was probably one of the most pleasant stays I've had in Elko. Their rooms are clean and fully equipped. No complaints whatsoever. The balcony was a wonderful surprise despite my late check-in. Quite an impressive display of lights at night. Their complementary breakfast could use a free beverage though.
