Dean who is the publican at the Commercial Hotel , you couldn't meet a nicer publican and a bloke as well.... Goes for the rest of the staff there as well ...
Definitely be going back there on a regular basis whilst I'm out at camp and working ....

I’ve now gotten 2 raw snitz from this place and once raw chicken nuggets which made my 1yr old sick🤮 absolutely disgusted with it and they’re reaction to the phone call about it

Attended the hotel with a group of friends, the owner were great and accommodation and most friendly and helpful as were the staff. Enjoyed lunch and dinner which were great, the accommodation is a little… Spartan, the rooms were clean and tidy and the beds comfortable. The hotel is a work in progress, give them a try for a meal. The establishment is biker friendly

I have never written a bad review before (or any review for that matter) but this "hotel" deserved one.
I paid $50 for one night.
For this money i got a room with two single beds (while i was alone), a warm frige, a shared shower/toilet with at least 7 other people, a smoke detector that was off of the ceiling with the batteries taken out, stains on the wall from a previous leakage, a nightlight with no socket to plug it in and a window with aluminium foil taped to it for "privacy".
On top of this i ordered a pizza from the so called bistro.
The pizza margaritta cost me $10 and was subpar to

Have never stayed at Pub but eaten there regularly for the past 12 years. The food has always been good with plenty on plate. Had dinner there last weekend after Wean races and the bar was full. The staff pumped out a lot of meals and were able to provide a table of 8 with quality meals. Will be back next year

Friendly but beware the barnicles bills attached to the bar. Drink choices limited to things that were generally available in 1972. Cider - whaat?!!? The country pub chow is huge as expected. The food is honest and doesnt try to pretend its anything its not.

Food was great fresh and well prepaired! The accommodation how ever was infested with bird lice and got three dogs roaming about the pub, the beds were small shared everything but you get what you pay for.
