Our free inspection reports allow our professional technicians to identify the water source that is allowing mould growth to occur. Our inspections use state of the art equipment and technology to identify if the property needs repairs or will recommend several simple solutions. All readings are recorded to give you an understanding of where higher temperatures and humidity are occurring in your property and the risk of condensation occurring.
Our two stage approach to removing mould starts with the physical removal of visible mould within the property which often restores walls and ceilings to the point where repainting is not necessary afterwards. GM6000 is a purpose formulated product for the removal of the visible mould from hard surfaces only.
Mould affected contents need to be identified to the technician during the initial mould inspection. Most mould affected contents can be restored to their original condition. As mould often follows a water source some items may be water damaged and may not be able to be restored and this will be outlined in the inspection report.
An independent analytics laboratory performs all post job indoor air quality testing, we outsource this service to avoid any conflict of interest and to provide independent results.
