Had a drive train noise in my MY21 Isuzu DMax this morning. Had a 3 hour drive planned so called CCMG. They had a lot of staff off with Covid but still told me to come in and they'd check it. An hour later I was on the road with a loose brake drum repaired. A big thank you for service above and beyond.

I recently bought a second-hand van on the strength of a $550 service, safety check and inspection done by Central Coast Motor Group. The report is outright negligent and doesn’t come close to the standards required by the Motor Trades Association. It noted a couple of repairs required but otherwise reported no issues. I have since had two further reports done by highly regarded mechanics and been told by both that every part of the engine has been bodgied up by a backyard operator and the vehicle is not safe to drive. Parts such as the catalytic converter are missing entirely. Repair estimate

Poor communication and lack of sincerity. We had organised to pick up our top of the line Subaru Outback to be fitted with an expensive explorer pack. On arriving to collect the car we were uninformed that 4/5 of the pack were not fitted. Our disappointment is that the sales staff (sales manager in fact) had not conducted a check list and had not informed us of this discrepency prior to taking delivery of the vehicle. In addition to this we had been contacted several times to pick the car up at an earlier date, assuming it was good to go. We would have been more than happy to wait and collect the

Contacted the sales agent Patricia at 12:30pm and advised her that I was on the way from the inner west of Sydney to look at a vehicle that was on display, made it very clear that I was a serious and genuine buyer however it would take me an hour and a half to arrive due to the proximity between my home and the car yard.
10 minutes before arriving, I was told that the car was being inspected by another buyer and I requested it to be held until I got there given that I had called in this morning and made it clear that I was very interested in the car and Patricia advised she would honor this request

This is an update on my original review below which was originally 3 stars now revised to 5 stars.
I was contacted the day after my review by the service manager, Laurie. Laurie apologised for the customer service consultant not suggesting that we at least ask Subaru Australia the question about covering the cost of parts. Laurie followed this up with Subaru Australia and I am pleased with the both outcome with Subaru Australia and the prompt response by Laurie to remedy the situation.

I recently bought a 2015 Subaru WRX STi from them, they led me to believe the vehicle was safe and roadworthy. Roughly 1-2 hours after purchasing my mate noticed from the exterior some brake squeal and we noticed it was well below the legal limit of 3mm. I contacted the service centre twice, both times being told i would be called back only to call a third time and finally had some luck. The representative over the phone told me that this would take between 10am to 1pm. So i brought it in today for the job, i told them i would pay for the inspection but not to brakes as I shouldn’t have been

Purchased a used vehicle from Salesperson Kurt a few months back and was very pleased throughout the whole process. Did not feel pressured and was very helpful and honest answering any questions raised. A nice surprise to pick up the vehicle with a full fuel tank too! Very happy with purchase and 4WD has not faulted since taking delivery over 6000klm ago!!

Very impressed with the service I received at Gosford yesterday in regard to the 18 months service of my Subaru Outback.At 7.45am I was welcomed by a young mechanic who directed me to the Ian Carpenter at the service desk who was very attentive.I only had to wait 2 hours before my car was ready.Ian went through all the work done on my car item by item and when he led me to my car, I found that it had been washed and vacuumed internally.I call that outstanding service.
