Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
Horrible service - poor professional skill and knowledge - not responsive to requests and feedback - Bacher was the guy well managing it - but not sure who are the people there now - they even missed to lodge my tax return on time - even though I have paid them for the service. Will suggest staying away from their service.

Very unprofessional. Lack of knowledge. I filed my tax return through them for the first time and received a warning from ATO for missing financial institution interest amount. I have been filing my tax return by myself until now and it was all good. I regret going via Tax genius. They apologized after complaining but that doesn't bring back my warning chance. They denied to refund my money and offered me discount for the next time. No one is a fool to go to them for the second time after this experience.

Did my tax return with “ tax genius” at first I thought they were good, but I was wrong. After not receiving my tax back after 1 month I called the office to chase it up. To which I was told the money was sent to the wrong account and they would have to see if they could recover the money. This was 1 month ago, I’ve tried calling and sending emails but get no reply, stay away from this company. The worst people I’ve ever dealt with.

Genius at making ppl fool. So I visited them on a Saturday (25Jul) and paid for my tax return. Called them up again on Aug 4 to check why I did not receive the refund. Later I found out that they never filed it and was only lodged once I called them up.
This is really pathetic. I checked on ATO again today and it shows me filing date of today, while these ppl are giving excuse that ATO processing is slow.
The receptionist is the culprit for all this, she never filed it and jst gave me the acknowledgement.
Would never go back here again.

I visited a pop up booth in MacArthur Square. The man who “helped” with my refund was extremely rude and arrogant. He rushed through the return trying to get me out the door faster and kept cutting me off and telling me he knows what he’s doing when I would try to give him documents to help with the return. I had to tell him 3 times to add my health insurance details to the return as I was eligible for the rebate , but he kept insisting it doesn’t matter because I don’t earn enough. By the time he finally added it, even though he said it’s going to be a waste of time it added another

Very very worst experience. I donot recommend to go anybody there(parramatta branch).And i also wont go anymore, just pissed off my head.worst accountants ever.Their calculation doesnt match to ATO's result.They have their own logic that if i have a taxfile number below than 1 year old than my tax free income is 16,621$ instead of 18,200$.And also they dnt knw how to decrease the taxable income part properly.It would be better if you audit by yourself instead of visiting here.

Really poor service! Would never recommend them. Have been dealing with Sarah since August and have not received any funds back and then to find out that she didn't complete it properly and the funds have been transferred to my help debt. She has no clue and would not recommend this service. Please be aware!

I normally don't leave reviews however my experience was so bad I don't want anyone's else to go through the same. I called to make an appointment the lady told me they don't take appointments so I'll have to go in whenever and they'll see me. I thought that was a bit strange but decided to go in one afternoon at 3:30pm to my surprise no one was in the office they had left for the day even though the website stated closing time as 6pm. The next day I decided to call before going in and wasting my time the lady in the Liverpool branch was extremely rude she said she's left the office as it doesn
