The surrounding country is called: "Lakes and Crater Country" and is well known by Geologists all over the world. Clean, tidy and efficient… very good for an overnight stop…owner was kind enough to let me leave my car parked on grounds until I returned after a few days cycling

The cascade Motel was very very clean and its central to everything in Camperdown. The owners Steve and Michelle are the nicest people you will ever meet...

I stayed here weeks and weeks for work. The owners are lovely and easy going, the rooms are spacious and clean, and also very quiet. I travel a lot for work and have stayed in some bad motels.. but the Casacde I definitely recommend!

We just arrived about 2 hours ago, found not enough soap, asked reception if can be topped up, got a frosty response, it was done anyhow. I was changing my 18 month old nappy, the owner snapped at me that's not hygenic, then she said there was I extra child. It was in a very rude way she spoke, turned her eyes at me in disgust. Wow public relation non existant. Definately will not recommend or stay here again.

Everything was good, had a comfi one night stay. Room and bathroom both were clean. Bed was having electric heater. AC/Heater was working good.
Toilet flush didn’t work and was leaking water continuously. No success with internet.

Great friendly check in, Big room with lovely made bed, clean and well equipped, very comfy! Tastefully decorated, modern inside the rooms.
We will return and would recommend.

Stayed here for just over a week, August 2017 with my 8 & 1/2 yr old son. Owners were genuinely kind, warm & helpful in every possible way. Beautiful established gardens, covered & enclosed bbq/outdoor area with heating, fridge & plenty of tables/seating for guests.
Rooms r spacious, warm in winter, comfy beds & pillows.
5+ stars to wonderful owners, who have the best approach to make guests feel relaxed, welcome & that nothing is too much trouble. Thank you greatly

I stayed for a night and then decided to add another. Yes it was that good! So very clean and my bed was a dream. The Manager was helpful. I needed help and he cheerfully gave it to me. The breakfast was yummy and my room was just the right temperature (winter). Thank you!
