We had a disgusting night at welcome home motel
The room was full of different kind of bugs fuuuuullll of little tiny ants and 3 lizards. Pillows were dirty the room smelled toilet door doesn’t close no milk for coffe.
I wouldn’t recommend this place

This place is a joke, room smelled of smoke, sheets were not fresh and clean, air conditioning so I sounds like a lawn mower, very noisy, rude owners when complaints were made, had a hand towel for a shower mat, never again.

Absolutely amazing owners very clean and tidy rooms the swimming pool needs a bit of improvement but other than that everything is amazing here I Absolutely have had a wonderful stay here thank you so much welcome home motels and apartments for kind services an thank you for being kind to me

Tidy and clean. Well worn. Sadly no smiles or welcome. Though had microwave no cutlery or plates available in room and wasn't asked on arrival if needed them so had to chase up. Pillows not great but that can be hard for any place. Not totally horrendous though still sleep able if that is what you require. Fast food places nearby too.

For the price, its ok. Person on counter was friendly. Late check in is possible.
Room was clean, bed was comfy, pillows were flat pancakes and were due for the bin. Had small tv, fan and Aircon. Mini fridge. Basic soap bar is all you get so no washing your hair unless you bring your own.
Very dated inside to the point where there is rust on light fittings, grout missing from shower, etc. Wouldn't take much to just give it a lift though.
We had a decent night's sleep which was the main thing we were after. And it was quiet.

This place needs to update their pictures they false advertise.. The pictures on their page must be 20 years old the rooms are nothing like them.. we were In Rockhampton for a funeral (2nd in 5months for same family) .. The women in office is very rude I felt like I was an inconvenience to her. Rooms VERY old & run down. Will never go near that place again..

Booked after 6hr drive from down south. walked into room 21 to paint falling off the roof , what looked like urine on a wall , stench, cracks down the whole wall and across the roof , bed looked clean but didn’t bite the bullet on the room so we left the motel and found a different motel for the night.

The bed was comfortable so my wife got a good nights sleep , different from the previous night in Hervey Bay .. it has tea and coffee , a toaster and kettle so as we brought some makings with us we were able to have tea and toast for Breakfast which is what we usually have at home. It had a clean shower and provided us with a good cheap nights accommodation.. If you want luxury it costs you way more and lets be honest when travelling all we need is a place to get a good nights sleep and that's what we got .. well pleased!!!
