Rachelle is second to none. She's down to earth, very easy to talk to, professional, flexible and extremely generous with her time & resources. Over the years she has done tax returns and more recently, with becoming a sole trader has helped sort through my questions and myriads of information. I'd be going around in circles with too much information on Govt websites if it weren't for her. Nothing seems to phase her and she doesn't muck around
