I recently transferred my accounting to anew provider as my fees were put up significantly, in doing this my accountant did not update my address with ASIC, HU partners received 2 letters for me which were bills from ASIC, they had my new address but chose not to forward it onto myself, my new accountant or even email it to me. This lack of customer service has now caused a $400 late fee to ASIC. a company looking after people would not do this.
