Barry's can provide Spit Roast Catering for all occasions at your chosen venue - your home or backyard, a local hall, function centre or surf club. Indoors or outdoors - Barry's has it covered! All functions have the owner and at least one other trained catering attendant there to cook, prepare, and present your spit roast buffet on-site.

Yes Barry's have a Spit at all function and the meat, potatoes and pumpkin are all Spit Roasted on site guests will enjoy the wonderful sight and aroma of the meats and potatoes Spit Roasting to perfection. Barry's uses Quality Cuts of Locally Sourced Meat. Whole Legs Lamb on the Bone, Rolled Pork Legs encased in Crackling, Succulent Roast Beef and Leg Ham Caved off the Bone.

We hired the Spit Roast team for our wedding over the weekend and we cannot fault them! Our chefs and bar staff were incredibly kind and responsive - waiting on us hand and foot to make sure everyone was happy and satisfied. Stephanie and Christine were amazing to liaise with and were always on top of every email and phone call.

I just want to say how fantastic BBQ Spit Roast were at my daughters 21st birthday . The staff were extremely helpful, and professional. The food supplied was delicious & plentiful.The beef and pork was mouthwatering . We had 100 guests & I received so many compliments about BBQ Spit Roast . The menu sounded good and the price was cheap. On the night of our party the VERY young girl who served us didn't appear to have much clue.
She looked flustered and sad for the entire time but tried so hard. The meat was cut very thickly and the salads eventually she asked me to teach her to make gravy into a jug from a small tub of power she presented me. I said to her ' you aren't a chef are you"? She admitted she wasn't and tried to explain that a 'Seth and Joan' at a 'factory' should have told her it was so hard. Odd..... I felt sorry for her but the outcome was a poorly presented meal and
