I met you a few months ago, when I was in desperate need of recovering my data, a week later job done and backed up. Great outcome.
Then a week ago you were there on the phone when I needed ‘deep-dive’ regarding tech information specifically for my surface pattern design business needs and now, only a couple of days after handing you my achingly slow MacBook, you’ve added the memory muscle it needed, and already I’m designing up a storm with my business set up tech-beautifully with everything I need.

I called Sean in an absolute panic when my laptop decided to die on me. I was so distraught that I would lose all my documents, work files, videos, music, photos etc. saved on my laptop not to mention my study assessments which were due for submission in a few days. From the first moment I spoke to Sean he had a calmness and gentleness that set my mind at ease that he would do everything in his power to recover all the data that was on my hard drive.
Sean kept me informed every step of the way and within 48 hours had all my data recovered and my laptop fixed ( it needed replacement SSD hard drive
