I called JBerg on Monday afternoon as had power out to house nearly all day. It was the last straw to an already challenging day. JD was so kind when I spoke to him on the phone. He even fitted me in between jobs which I'm so grateful for. He was so calm & professional and sorted out what the issue was (hot water system under sink). He even tolerated my bit of a potty mouth as it had been a long week already. I'm not proud :/ Will definitely keep using JBerg. Very sorry for the swears JD if you read this.
