This Diamond Upgrade Policy only applies to diamond jewellery purchased from Bartlett Master Jewellers with a minimum carat weight of 0.30ct per stone. Master Jeweller Kim Bartlett has been at the forefront of Australia's jewellery industry for more than 50 years. A classically trained designer and manufacturer, Kim has elevated the art form of custom-made jewellery in northern Australia, where thousands of families have time and again enlisted his specialised skills to create or restore their precious items and heirlooms.
Jay Bartlett has grown up as a student of Master Jewellery and was involved in the industry long before he joined Kim Bartlett Master Jewellers, and his father, in 1993. Jay's introduction to the industry began as a young child, looking over his father's shoulder, watching him design and manufacture pieces of jewellery for his valued customers.

They understand the importance of selecting, designing and making jewelry that is perfect in outcome and unique to each person. My eternity ring is a perfect fit, matches and enhances my wedding and engagement ring. The quality is excellent; and the staff professionalism is faultless. Jay crafted my wife’s engagement ring and both of our wedding bands. He worked hard to create a ring my wife would be happy with and her split wedding band works perfectly with her engagement ring.
Jay has just made my wife’s eternity/10year wedding anniversary present and we are both so pleased and happy with the way it turned out. Again my wife knew what she wanted and he brought it to fruition.
We like that our rings are unique items that have been handcrafted by a local business who provide excellent customer service.
I have a feeling we will be working with Jay again.

We have had the best experience. Everything from start to finish was seamless and fun.
I walked in to look at engagement rings and 1 immediately grabbed my attention. The workmanship and quality was exquisite. After a little while we returned to have our wedding rings designed and made in-house to suit our own style.
Again the service was outstanding and the experience fun and exciting!
