My car died and needed a jump start. I was quoted a price and any potential costs before Mark arrived and did the service. He was really helpful and gave me great advice and was happy to answer my questions. Great service, upfront about costs/time constraints and better then I was quoted by larger companies.

Mark was brilliant - he was very professional from the get go - tried to ascertain what the exact issue was over the phone and tried to see if he could assist with getting the car started instead of having to tow which would lower costs. He was very upfront about what needed to be done and then what costs would be. I also found he kept me updated in terms of his arrival time - not something you get from others. Friendly upon arrival and genuinely happy to help. Definitely recommend!

Mark is a great bloke. Helped me out in a sticky situation with a 1.5t van bog which I thought we would require a crane if he hadn't came along and helped me out. He is a legend. Arrived on time, problem solver, reasonably priced and a great bloke for a chat. Could not recommend anyone else other than him.

My car broke down in the rain yesterday!
Great service from Mark, he was not only friendly & efficient but hung outside the NRMA for 5min to wait so he could drop me off to the car hire place another 5min down the road.
He would not except a cash tip! I was blown away as good dead’s for nothing ain’t come by often. Thanks Mark you really made my bad experience into a good one!! I hope karma treats you well 🤘👊🙏
