A couple of months ago I set about redesigning my wedding/engagement rings for our 15 year wedding anniversary. I walked into Dimitries Jewellers armed with a very rough sketch of what I was after. With the amazing design work from Mystara an absolute master piece evolved.
To say I am happy is an understatement.
The workmanship on the final product is second to none.

Absolutely customer service second to none!!! I purchased a necklace and just unlucky, it had a faulty link...no fault of the shop. Amalia could not do enough to make it right and went above and well beyond to rectify the problem. To add to this, the original necklace was a gift and there was no problem at all exchanging it for a slightly longer one. To find not only this level of service but delivered with such professionalism and friendliness is an extreme rarity, and a definite credit to the team at Dimitries. A true, good ol' fashion family business that I cannot recommend highly enough.

I highly recommend Dimitries, I had two custom made pieces repaired and they came up beautiful at an extremely good price. I have also put in for repair a Michael Hill bangle that I had previously repaired by the maker (very poorly done I might add) and they have done everything possible to make sure that the fine stones and the bangle wont be damaged. The lovely staff are a huge asset to the company. A very happy customer here, Thanks to the team at Dimitries.
