Fletcher Pumps, formally known as Water Pumps Pty Ltd is a wholly owned Tasmanian company. It was purchased by Grant and Bronwyn Fletcher in 1999 while they were operating Fletcher Lewis Engineering. Acquiring Water Pumps Pty Ltd, now Fletcher Pumps added another dimension to an already successful company.

Outstanding after sales service and assistance.
I had problems with a new Grundfos pump and was faced with the prospect of having to dig up 15m of inlet pipe buried under 1.5m of lawn. I contacted Grant who gave a number of suggestions and provided me with a "loaner" pump to test a couple of things. As a result I traced the problem to a faulty non-return valve in the inlet pipe which I removed. Problem fixed with minimal effort and no cost. Thanks Fletcher Pumps!!

One star was too many. I waited for 1 month for a quote, visited twice, rang 3 times, was told the quote was coming. Finally when I called in to ask why there was no quote sent out, the owner said, 'Maybe we dont want your business'
He was so arrogant even when I explained that a phone call would have been nice as I had been waiting for so long.
Very , very poor business and a very rude owner.
Disappointing.
