We use the Self Storage Association of Australasia standard storage agreement. It provides for a start and end date which is entered however the agreement provides for the end date to extended automatically with 14 days notice required of departure. We have a minimum period of 28 days otherwise you can stay as long as you need.
Located on a flat 4000 sqm site dedicated to outdoor vehicle storage that is accessed through our main self storage site at 9 Lacey Drive Aldinga Beach. Good connection with trades and suppliers in the same street; caravan supplies, vehicle products sales (including SPRINT), mechanics and auto-electricians - convenient when repairs are needed.
Use good quality, strong, cardboard boxes. Label your boxes. And even better, keep records of the contents inside. Don't over pack them and don't tape them up too much, so you can easily open to access your storage boxes for whatever purpose. Whether you are moving yourself or working with movers, make sure good care is taken with all valuable and fragile items.
