This is a quality team that is both attentive to the changing demands of a renovation and offers ready alternatives if the situation requires.
Two particular strengths of Jervo which impressed me are that they are very easy to speak with about aspects of the job – always keeping me informed about it's progress, and about any difficulties which required a discussion so to resolve; and the craftsmanship of their work– sometimes taking time when it is truly required so to achieve a quality product.Ilya and Vlad worked hard to achieve a result I am very pleased with.

Ilya has been working on my house on and off for the last 5 years doing odd handyman work and minor plumbing repairs. He is reliable, trustworthy, and always provides fair quote prior to commencing the work. I am always extremely happy with the level of professionalism and standard of work, I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a licensed builder to complete any projects around the home.

I can't fault the work done by Jervo Renovations. I have no hesitation in recommending Ilya and his team for their excellent standard of workmanship. Value for money too. We are delighted with the finished product.Throughout the renovation of our bathroom and laundry, Ilya's standard of work including keeping the work site clean and tidy, promptly responding to our questions at any time of the day or night and making suggestions as to how we could make improvements and where we could save money, demonstrated his professionalism and the pride he takes in doing the best job for his clients.

to provide a high quality finished product but guide me on many of the critical decisions of bathroom fitting selections, colour matching
and layout. I conducted a wide survey of providers across Sydney, and Jervo promptly responded to all the changes I proposed before awarding
the contract.
During construction there was an opportunity for me to vary the scope of work and for each change, negotiations were fair
and considerate. Jervo Renovations do a professional job
