Very poor service and management. Reception desk closed around 7 PM in the evening, and will not open until after 9:30 in the morning. There is no one answered the phone through the whole night either (Says 24 hours reception on website, it’s definitely misleading).
The environment of the hotel is also very dirty, the backyard is dusty also lots of leaves. The towels are very unclean!If you want to clean the room, you need to book it in advance, but there is no guarantee that someone will clean it.The website states that there is a swimming pool, but the weather is over 30 degrees, and the pool

Had a friend who stayed over at this place for six weeks. This place was good, even though not too clean. Not really close to city but easy to get bus to city from in front of this motel. Also this place is at a busy road so the noise from busy road might be annoying people who want to have a rest at this place.

Same smell coming up from the drain in the shower as a year before hand, same room and all. We asked for an extra dinner plate around lunch time but had to wait roughly an hour and a half for the plate to arrive because there was only 1 cleaner instead of the usual 8. Management?? Complete lack of, even though pool was closed there was still major structure damage to the pool area, pylons to upper floor are visually damaged, cracks from ground to top. The swimming pool itself is absolutely disgusting with car rim, food rappers, bottles/cans all littered all over the place carpark included.

Would never stay there again. Firstly we where given the wrong room but where moved after we complained. The worst was yet to come ‘no hot water’. Enquired at front desk and told that it was due to be back on at 5.30pm not much good to us as we had to be at an event in the hills at 5.30! Not happy but shrugged it off. Later that night decided to catch taxi back to hotel leaving our car up in the hills until next day. Realised as we got to hotel that room key was still in car. All good we will just use their 24/7 service phone. After about 30 unanswered calls only choice we had was to call a

Selected this motel as it was located conveniently to the places I had to visit. The room was a good size and the air conditioning was good service was excellent. Not far from the main shops. The best thing about this Motel is we asked for a late check in and they left the key for us. We are very grateful for this.
