I had booked a dress fitting appointment almost a month beforehand that was confirmed via email, but when we arrived on the day the showroom assistant clearly wasn't expecting anyone.. If they told us to book at a later date because of their renovations, or so that I can have an actual sales assistant with me - the lady on shift admitted she doesn't have anything to do with dress sales 🤦🏽♀️ I would've happily postponed, instead it made the whole experience cheap and unspecial.
The lady was very nice but a bit awkward. Still awaiting the email quote from 2 weeks ago.. no point now

Any type of dress shopping is not my thing. I made an appointment, I was anxious and almost dreading having to try on dresses. They set me straight!! I was made so comfortable! I had my mum and a bridesmaid join me and it was the best experience! I was worried I would be pressured into buying a dress or I wouldn’t feel nice throughout the process. I was so wrong. The ladies at My Bridal Centre were beyond amazing, it was like we were in our own home playing dress ups! And I walked away with the most amazing dress, and I was so happy with the experience!! So ladies, well done and I thank you!

I could not have asked for better people to help with my wedding Erlinda went above and beyond with her advice and her superb styling of the venue was Absolute Magic from seeing the room in the daylight till the end of the evening the Magic Erlinda created just got Better and Better.

Terrible service at my bridal centre. Booked a day off work to try on dresses there and was told we can take as long as we want to try on dresses after we sit down and chat with a wedding planner. We chatted with a wedding planner and then found out that we did not in fact have an appointment to try on dresses - the whole reason we went there. Debbie tried to squeeze us in before her next appointment, was was incredibly rude and stuck up and made the whole experience incredibly unenjoyable, making comments to the effect of “you have expensive taste”. We couldn’t wait to get out of there and

It was like walking into a boutique wedding expo that is open the whole year round!! The ladies in store helped with my questions and doubts regarding my upcoming big day, answering with sound professional advice. They have thought of every bride/groom-to be's needs and cater for all categories of what constitutes a wedding. I walked in nervous and stressed out, and walked out calm and collected after talking to the in-store wedding consultant (who didn't charge me for her advice/time/cup of tea, bonus!).
