To keep your air conditioning running efficiently and in order for it to provide you with years of service, it is important to have a maintenance programme for it. We can provide a yearly, quarterly or monthly service based on the type of system and the usage it gets.
For example, a shop that runs its system most days and has high traffic would have a more frequent service than a home owner that works most days and doesn't run the system as often.We also offer a corrosion protection treatment, which is especially important if your air conditioner is in close proximity to the sea as the salt in the air quickly corrodes the metal parts.

When deciding on which air conditioner to install, it is very important to make sure that the size and output of the unit is sufficient to cool or heat the space required. The factors that decide on the size of the equipment are.
For an accurate assessment of your air conditioning needs we would need to take all these factors into consideration, but as a rough guide to calculating the size of your air conditioner we would allow 1.5KW for every 10m2 of floor area.For example a 40m2 floor area requires a 6.0kw unit. This gives you a rough idea of the size of the unit you may need.

Paul uninstalled the 7Kw system that I purchased from the previous owner’s residence and they gave him a glowing reference. I contacted him to ask about installing this system at my place as my (very old) rc machine was no longer working and I was slowing freezing up here in the hills. He came up the hill at very short notice and informed me clearly why this new system was unsuitable for my little cottage. He then tweaked the remote control and old system’s controls and got them working again. Result = I’m fat, warm and happy again. He then charged me a very reasonable fee for his travel

Our family have used Breeze for all our air conditioning needs for the past 8 years. Paul has always been fantastic to deal with. We have just done a recent upgrade to a multi-point split system. This is a large complicated system and we have been very impressed with the final results. The units work well and the installation is neat and tidy. We always engage Paul at Breeze for all of our aircon work on our investment properties , offices and at home . Paul is Amazing. He will crawl through the ceiling space / roof cavity on the hottest of days just to get the job done. Paul is always on time and he will work right through to get a new air con installed, or service an older one and make it operate efficiently again.
