YORK YVAA model air-cooled chillers provide superior performance. Higher efficiency heat exchangers coupled with variable speed operation and smart controls elevate the system efficiency to a whole new level. The resulting benefit from YVAA chillers is much greater than the sum of its parts. YVAA air-cooled chillers are completely assembled with all interconnecting refrigerant piping and internal wiring, ready for field installation.

YORK YIA water-cooled single-stage absorption chillers offer the rugged, industrial grade design of our previous single effect model, with a whole new package of user-friendly microprocessor controls, designed to increase reliability and enhance performance. Operation Flexibility - The YIA can capture waste hot water or steam, natural gas, or renewable sources to produce efficient cooling.
These chillers are designed to operate in very high ambient temperatures. They are provided with a separate chilled water circuit which incorporates a buffer tank to prevent cycling of the compressors in low duty conditions. They have electronic expansion valves and variable speed condenser fans. They also have two refrigerant systems and 2 controllers, so if any part of a refrigerant system fails the other system will still operate.
