Jodie and Renae, sisters and owners of Jodie Lee's, have been influenced by flowers all of their lives. They're parents teaching them plant names and varieties from early childhood, via their family owned Plant Nursery. Jodie and Renae have over 25 years experience working with flowers and 16 years experience as commercial florists and designers.

On a warm day, this florist left a bunch of flowers on the doorstep, with no water. The carnations were dead and the other flowers were wilting badly. Given that I was only away from the house for 2 hours, I question how fresh they were from the start.
I immediately phoned the florist, who was very negative and off-hand about the whole thing.
She told me to complain to the delivery person.
Surely, this is the florist's problem, not the delivery person's, or mine. A sad experience, for a sad occasion.

We just came in last minute from Adelaide - needed flowers asap, no problem! 5 mins and we had an amazing bouquet to take to a sick mate in hospital! Thank you so much! Just what the doctor ordered for our mate! The look on her face when she saw the flowers was so worth the 6 hour round trip. We are so grateful! Thank you for your service and we love all the other gifts in your shop. Cant wait to come back when we have more time.

Unfortunately I paid top dollar for flowers and a day after delivery they drooped. Very few actual flowers included for the price. I rang to inform them and while I understand that the florist does their very best I was told that they had no control over the flowers' performance and they could not do anything about it as I should have taken the flowers back to them so they could see. I do not live in the area. I trusted JL to do a good job. Disappointed $155 dollars ill spent on a special occasion.
