Wouldn't supply or cut me a non programmed transponder key for a falcon that was parked outside and I had the key for. Basically calling me a criminal, maybe selling guns has given them a god complex or something haha. You can buy unprogrammed and blank keys on ebay ffs which is much cheaper I might add.

Have started using Pine Rivers Gun Smith at Lawnton Paisley drive and was referred by a good ol fella called Garry Barnes, who will do your a,b,c,d,h, & m licences for a good price. He put me up to a salesperson there called Darrell. Darrell has given me great advice and great advice is invaluable. Soak his knowledge in, as the more you have access to makes for a better shooter and gun smith. Nothing has been an issue or trouble with Darrell so that's 5 stars straight away. Sofar I have bought a couple of rifles from there and a 357 Magnum 6inch barrel all for a fantastic price as well as competition

Service beyond expectation.
I purchased equipment from a different retailer years ago. Almost immediately it had intermittent performance issues and the retailer dragged their feet to the point I gave up seeking assistance because I was too busy to spend time chasing them.
Just recently the item failed completely and it was just out of warranty.
Years ago PRLAG had supplied me services that I was very happy with, so I approached them to get this fixed. Darrell (the owner) said he would request a warranty claim though it was outside the warranty period so chances were a bit slim. I told him that
