ADHD often occurs with other disorders, for example, depression, anxiety, speech language delays, and/or learning disabilities. Whilst for some children orthodox medications such as Methylphenidate (Ritalin) or Dexamphetamine may bring some relief, for many others, dietary changes and/or nutritional supplementation may prove useful.

Whilst it's quite normal for many of us to feel sad or moody from time to time, many others experience debilitating depression from mild to severe which may last for long periods of time, weeks, months or even years. Our 4 yr old son has always suffered with eczema and after visiting Bev at Avana W&N we discovered he was intolerant to dairy. Following a nutrition plan and treatment his skin is clear and itch free! Added bonus Bev is a lovely person and my son and I felt very much at ease. Would recommend her services to anyone in a heartbeat.

I visited Bev at Avana Wellness & Nutrition as I was fed up with my Dairy Intolerance. I LOVE cheese and yet it hates me! I have never liked the taste or smell of milk, so over the years have avoided it; but on the occasion I have had it, the result hasn't been great!
Bev carried out an analysis on the Asyra and sent me home with some drops to take every hour for a few days. This was difficult as I had trouble remembering; but did the best I could.
After a few days, I was reluctant to test the result ... but I did, and I couldn't believe it! I didn't have the catarrh in my nose and throat which
