We went to pick up laminate and all of their forklift workers at the warehouse were on lunch. They ate their sandwiches for about 20 minutes while we waited for them to be done and get the fork lift going. The manager wasn't sure whose side to take. The nerve of these people I tell you. Given I had just spent $2000 at this place...

Me and my husband visited the store as we bought our first home and are super excited but we had the WORST experience at this store. The sales person named GAURAV was so RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL out of no reason(still don’t understand why). We enquired about the tiles, however there were 3 people coming back and forth to assist us giving us different quotes that left us with so much confusion. Gaurav had a very rude way of talking that made us feel so sad about how were we getting treated on just asking for clarification on the price. The sales person should know how to talk to their customers

Store sales and warehouse staff were all really helpful, gave me all the attention I needed, didn't pressure me and let me think thing over to make my decision. The flooring I purchased was top quality and well below the MSRP. I suggest you start looking here for your flooring need, I doubt you'll go elsewhere.
