Started off fantastic spoke to Jess on the phone who is very lovely and helpful and directed me to the right people. Unfortunately when it came to receiving a quote or pricing this seemed to be too difficult, I have been waiting for 2 months for a quote, I have had a number of people call me asking if I required anything only to tell them I still have not received a quote and they have said they knew nothing about it and then pass me onto someone else. I understand if you were busy but the lack of communication is frustrating given the amount of follow ups I had to make to still get no where.

I had my bottle shop window smashed to bits at 2 am in the morning,
i called the guys at True Blue and they responded from Logan to Aspley at 2 am in the morning in less than an hour.
no messing around boarding up and billing me for the return job as well
Right then and there the window got replaced
and to there credit the young man who attended site was extremely courteous and respectful.
and to top it off I didn't get billed for the job until 2 weeks later as they didn't have the correct size stick on strip for the door "job wasn't done until they fitted this"
100% would recommend,
