Honestly, if you're looking for to dispose your car for and pay extra for it instead of getting paid, then look no further. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
I filled the online quote and they gave me a call and i told them to come and check the car. They sent the flatbed and told the driver to take the car for FREE even though we never discussed the prices yet. After negotiating for lengthy period we agreed on a price and he proceeded to remove the car without giving me any paper or anything that even resemble a professional work and

Is there some reason I get offered $70 for a complete AU wagon and when I arrive home the guy is there and has given my gf $50 because there was "something wrong with the wheel"
I told him I'll take the $70 and I was given 100 reasons why it should only be $50 and shown receipts from other people I suspect were initially offered $70 but had taken $50.
I don't care about the cost of fuel, or how little work there is or that my car has a flat tyre (tyres aren't made of steel the last time I checked) or how you only give $50 for landcruisers and most people don't get any money, just don't offer

Even on a early Sunday morning when they don't operate I was able to contact them. They were able to give me a very reasonable quote on my car and pick it up early morning on the next day. They are very reliable and understanding. In the future when I need to scrap another car I will definitely contact them again.

Premier Car Removals, please read your email enquiries properly before causing people to wait at home most of the day for absolutely nothing. I submitted an online enquiry for a quote stating that wheels, motor, radiator, gearbox and left rear shockie not included which was fine. Was responded to quickly and then called to arrange for a 10am pickup. Stayed at home waiting till 11:14 so called to see what was happening - was told the driver should arrive shortly. At 1:50pm called again and was told the hiab truck is still broken down so no-one is coming (told truck was broken down 2 days before
